I keep getting this error message popping up over all my screens persistently. Every few minutes. No clue why it's happening since this seems to have appeared out of nowhere.

EDIT: I see Google Messenges is now called Android Messeges After 4 good years with my Note 3, it was time to upgrade. GPS was barely working, text messages weren't coming through all the time till I rebooted and little other things. Went cheap and got a Moto Z Play. I see Android Messages is the default app but I'm not seeing any way to add custom notifications for contacts. Am I missing something? On the Note 3 you were able to set custom ringtones and contacts through editing the actual contact. Now you can only set a custom rington through contacts and no option for notifications. Do I need to use something else like Textra or something now?

My phone isn't rooted, only access to computer is at local library. Is there a way to restore videos,  documents via online site or app.

it chapps my ass, after reflashing by a samsung rep for firmware, and it works great, of the why the hell does the galaxy apps never show new updates when i know well that updates are out there.

I have a Google Pixel XL, and am currently running the Android Beta O version OPP2.170420.019. Since the recent update to the Phone app (version 10.1.161735957) approximately 2 weeks ago (7/17/17) any time I receive a phone call the call is not displayed on the screen, nor does the call wake my phone screen. The ringtone will play and/or phone will vibrate to indicate an incoming call. However to see the caller, and to answer the call I must unlock the phone (if it is currently locked), open the phone app, select the keypad as if I want to dial a number, then I will see the options that I normally would if I was already in a call. I then need to select "Return to Call in Progress" at which time the typical incoming call screen is displayed with caller picture and number and I can swipe to answer as I normally would. Also, a missed call does not appear in my notifications bar, but does show in my phone history if I manually check it. AND I am not receiving any voicemails. As ...

Need some help with head phones usage. Ive just trie using a plain ear buds style head phone in the vr today , and it seems to very very off and weird sounding. Is there any way to adjust the head phone sounds ? Oh and when my phone is out of the vr the h3ad phones work fine in all music areas.. thanks.

Moved contacts and message (text) history from galaxy S4 to galaxy S7 a couple of days ago. Found a single record out of the all the contacts that I cannot text without selecting "create new message". Message history displays a string of phone numbers that were part of a small group of contacts from the old phone for this record, instead of the name or the single number I sent the text to. If I group this contact with another one I am able to send and receive normally but that particular contact continues to display the string of numbers. I have deleted the contact and all message history connected with it but when I create a new contact record and put the number back in the phone the string of phone numbers appear again and acts the same way. How do I clear this out so I can get the contact back in cleanly????? Would just delete this if it were not my son's phone number.

Hi. I downloaded an app which promised a 7 day free trial and asked me to subscribe for 12$/3 months. I did that but immediately deleted the app. When I go to app subscriptions on the play store, it says the subscription is still active. I do not want to be billed to my credit card. I use Gboard on my android phone. I'm developing a software working on bluetooth barcode sanner. When my barcode sanner connected with my phone via bluetooth HID protocol, the Gboard virtual keyboard will be hidden. I want to call out Gboard virtual keyboard by sending some commands through bluetooth HID protocol. What the command should I send through bluetooth HID protocol?

Orbit Project is a new addictive android game made by Shiny Duck Games. In Orbit Project you have to jump between orbit to beat the objective. There are two game modes each one with a diferent objective. If you pick the endless game mode your objective will be reach the more orbits you can to reach the 1 position in the google leaderboard. If you pick the levels game mode you objective will be to reach in each level the green orbit and complete the more than 35 levels in game.

I cannot make heads nor tails out of tasker document for image load or image resize. No examples? Examples, are more important than definitions. Anyway, how do I resize file.jpg then resave it? googling for an hour brings up nothing. Anyway to convert to webp?

I've noticed several times during the day that when I go to use my phone after several hours of inactivity there has been significant battery usage, like a drop of 20 or 30 percentage points. When I check "battery usage" in Settings it says the culprit is GPS. Problem is that unless I'm actually using Google Maps I always have Location Services turned off. What app(s) can be using GPS without my permission or knowledge? Thanks.

When I go to play back the last couple of songs I've purchased from the Play Store it says I can't do it without a Wi-Fi connection. If I can purchase the song from the Play Store without a Wi-Fi connection, why can't I listen to it without a connection? I don't recall this being the case before. I've frequently listened to my playlists without a connection. What, if anything, can I do about it? If nothing, how do I get my money back? Never thought I'd say this, but iTunes isn't looking that bad after all. Thanks.

well,this is crazy situation...so I was at my family's summer house 60 miles away from my ex's home and I went to find a bank cause I had no cash, I use location to find any atm nearby and it appears my location is my ex gf home 60 miles away with map fully loaded with traffic details also, so I update clear cache memory the same after 1 hour or 2, so everytime I try to find my location i was at her house and then my summer house, so I changed password, still the same for some time but in morning i restarted my phone It loaded her house as a previous location, and then this 2 location thing stopped, she has not read my mail since activity showed nothing...she has rooted phone, mine's not she is a an IT student and she studies about android development.anyway if anyone knows something pls help. she happens also to have my mail,Am I hacked? this situation has ever happened to anyone jumping between two locations? *LAST TIME I WAS THERE MOOONTHS AGO
