Alcatel ideal 4GLTE (4060a) stock apps

Hello all,
my phone is Alcatel ideal 4G LTE (4060a). unknowingly I have deleted some system apps those came with stock ROM. importantly download manager is deleted, now I am unable to download anything (but can browse). so I have two options now, either reflash with stock ROM (which is not available to me) or get the system apps from the other phone (Alcatel ideal 4G LATE). can anyone please help me with this.

I'm not looking for a guarantee, just an opinion. I've never had a Lenovo android device, so I don't know how they tend to treat this question.
