Verizon LG V20 Got a Software Update

So this morning, I was on PhoneArena and they had an article about the LG V20 getting a software update. Its for the Verizon LG V20, its 15A and it includes July security patch. :)
Have anyone got the update yet? What's your experience with the 15A update?

Samsung Galaxy A7 - AF00FD -showing signal with no sim

Hi All, I just flashed a new rom to Galaxy A7 model A700FD because of bootloop issue after uninstalling SuperSU, the previous android version was still kitkat 4.4, and updated it to 5.0.2 lollipop version now. I haven't tested yet if everything is working, but it makes me wonder why it is showing carrier signal even though there is no SIM attached to it. Is this normal? or do I need to flash/modify anything? I did factory reset and wipe partition after flashing the new ROM. This is Galaxy A7 2016 version.
