How can I figure out exactly how an app is identifying my phone.

I have an app that will only allow me to register new account 5 times. I want to trick it to allow me to continue to register as new. I've tried changing Mac address and advertisement ID. Tried clearing all data and reinstall. Is there anyway I can find out how this specific app is identifying my phone? My phone is an old S3 and is rooted with BusyBox. Using only on wifi no sim card. Any help is appreciated thanks in advance.
