Bluetooth wont turn on anymore | Galaxy S7

Hey there,
so i rooted my S7  which worked perfectly (i thought) but since then i cant turn on my Bluetooth anymore.
Ive tried  factory reset, wipe cache, reset network  almost everything i could think of.
i have the feelin that while rooting i must have lost a Bluetooth File which may be needed...
does anyone have an idea on how to get it working again?

The forthcoming Lenovo Tab 4 10 Plus is interesting, especially for the price. Although I'd have to wait until May. The real question, is it likely that I'll be able to root the Tab 4? I'm not looking for a guarantee, just an opinion. I've never had a Lenovo android device, so I don't know how they tend to treat this question.
