Looking for a certain app

Hi, I'm looking for an app. I use Notification Toggle for quick access to shortcuts like the flashlight and Wi-Fi, but I am running out of real estate to add more toggles.

I need a folder type app that I can put shortcuts inside, that also has shortcuts, so that I can use it in Notification Toggle. I hope that makes sense..

Samsung Galaxy A7 - AF00FD -showing signal with no sim

Hi All, I just flashed a new rom to Galaxy A7 model A700FD because of bootloop issue after uninstalling SuperSU, the previous android version was still kitkat 4.4, and updated it to 5.0.2 lollipop version now. I haven't tested yet if everything is working, but it makes me wonder why it is showing carrier signal even though there is no SIM attached to it. Is this normal? or do I need to flash/modify anything? I did factory reset and wipe partition after flashing the new ROM. This is Galaxy A7 2016 version.
