Found a Fix

I took CM13 from 4/19/2016 and dirty flashed Lineage OS from 4/9/2017 and then flashed the R2 LTE Fix for Boost and typed *#*#4636#*#* then tapped phone testing multiple times and my LTE and SMS was fixed. No issues.

Samsung Galaxy A7 - AF00FD -showing signal with no sim

Hi All, I just flashed a new rom to Galaxy A7 model A700FD because of bootloop issue after uninstalling SuperSU, the previous android version was still kitkat 4.4, and updated it to 5.0.2 lollipop version now. I haven't tested yet if everything is working, but it makes me wonder why it is showing carrier signal even though there is no SIM attached to it. Is this normal? or do I need to flash/modify anything? I did factory reset and wipe partition after flashing the new ROM. This is Galaxy A7 2016 version.
