Cubot rainbow 2 twrp

(If you see incorrect word, please sorry me for my bad english!) Hello everybody, thank you for any commentary! Okay lets start!

Every time i am running my twrp recovery on cubot rainbow 2 unlocked bootloader, 16gb, 2gb ram, twrp recovery, android 7 i am view the "mount -o /data/media /system ended with signal 11" in the first line.
Okay, than i am trying to install any rom(except aroma manager), i see the "failed to install examle.zip process ended with signal 11"
And i've searched for twrp errors and haven't find status 11! Please help!

I'm not looking for a guarantee, just an opinion. I've never had a Lenovo android device, so I don't know how they tend to treat this question.
